Expense reporting used to be a manual process of emails, photos and paper receipts. Existing tools were too big and too expensive for it. Our own app automates exactly the steps that cost time: upload a receipt, have AI read the data, assign it and prepare it for the finance team. All that is left there is checking and approving.

Where do double bookings arise? That makes resource planning faster and clearer, and at the same time replaces an expensive SaaS solution.

Revenue planning in Excel works until it gets complex. Large controlling solutions, on the other hand, were too unwieldy for our needs. Our forecasting app therefore shows current and planned revenue so simply that management can see at any time how the business is developing. At the same time it is the starting point for a financial hub that brings forecasting, quotes, invoices and project costing together.
