We work in circles
Entrepreneurial thinking and action require space that is flexible and open to change. That’s why at DAYONE, we are organized into circles: agile and adaptable teams that empower their members to act proactively and autonomously.
Our work with clients is organized within dedicated Business Circles. Each circle is self-managed and responsible for budget, timeline, scope, outcomes, client relationships, and profitability. The necessary disciplines and competencies are embedded directly within each Business Circle. This setup shortens decision-making paths.
To make the work within Business Circles as effective as possible, frequently needed services are centralized in Service Circles. Whether it's providing the right methods, recruiting the right team members, or delivering the necessary IT power—this creates efficiency and scalability.
Coordination Circles bridge the autonomy of individual circles with company-wide decision-making. Measures and actions required for this are developed together with the individual circles and communicated across the organization—for example, the business plan.
