tesa is a globally leading manufacturer of adhesive solutions with around 4,700 employees. The eCommerce team is responsible for digital sales, serving both business and private customers.
The team was already working according to agile principles, but these had not yet reached their full potential.
Together, we further developed the existing agile structures, adapted them to the needs of day-to-day operations, and supported the team through coaching to firmly anchor the principles in everyday work.
