Volkswagen is one of the leading car brands worldwide. The own new and used car platform - the car search - was initially an independent website - a break in the customer journey.
The goal was to integrate the offering of immediately available new and used cars from this platform directly onto the manufacturer’s website, thereby enabling a seamless, intuitive vehicle search and strengthening sales.
Seamless customer experience for higher conversions
Entry modules such as quick search and product sliders make it easier for users to access suitable vehicles, filtered by model, price, or location. They enhance volkswagen.co.uk with specific offers and can be flexibly adapted to dealer or model pages.
Transparency for a clear purchasing decision
On the vehicle details page, users can find all relevant information – clearly structured and easy to understand. Technical specifications, prices, dealer contacts, and financing options are readily available. Selected models can also be purchased online directly, for a seamless and flexible buying process.
Long-standing partnership with strong PO support
Since 2013, we have been partnering closely with Volkswagen and developing the car search from a standalone vehicle marketplace to an integrated platform on volkswagen.de. Together, we continuously optimise features, expand digital touchpoints, and create a seamless vehicle brokerage experience. With strong support from product management, we respond quickly to new requirements, efficiently implement measures, and make car search the central digital sales channel.
