A New Perspective
Our exclusive event bringing leaders and thought leaders together.

Our event series 'A New Perspective' takes place once a year and explores fresh perspectives on a topic that moves us and the people in our network. At our studio, in a familiar setting — around the long dinner table.

Into the future with courage and confidence: how we move Germany forward.
These are fast-moving, uncertain and at times frankly absurd times. Two consecutive years of recession, bleak growth prospects and geopolitical tensions make bold decisions and decisive entrepreneurial action harder.
Studies show that positive emotions such as optimism and confidence are decisive factors in business success, because they drive productivity, resilience and better results.
Confidence has therefore become a leadership task.
For our economy, it is essential that leaders move forward with courage and confidence, tackle the most pressing tasks — and in doing so release the energy their people need to turn the current downward spiral back into an upward one.
'A New Perspective' is our platform for leaders and forward thinkers who want to actively shape the future. For those who don't dwell on crises, but find ways together to master the challenges of the present.
We look forward to three perspectives on the topic:

Alina Vennekötter
Psychologist and Lead People & Organisation Development, DAYONE

Michael Eichelberger
Futures Architect and Head of Innovation & Business Models, Kaufland Deutschland

Prof. Dr. Alexander Kritikos
Member of the Executive Board of DIW Berlin & Head of the Entrepreneurship Research Group
Alina explains the psychological effects of times of crisis, why confidence is a central leadership task and how it can be cultivated deliberately.
Michael shows how Kaufland uses strategic foresight to derive valuable insights, turns them into the basis for innovative business models and drives their implementation through bold decisions.
Alexander draws on a recent international DIW study to show how the handling of regulation shapes the innovative power of industries. He makes the case that a new perspective on qualitative regulation — rather than simply cutting red tape — can be the key to economic dynamism.

Talks & Discussions
Each evening is devoted to a current and relevant topic in the business world. The talks are tailored to it and served between the courses of a first-class menu.

Dinner & Drinks
In our open studio kitchen, a multi-course culinary highlight takes shape over the course of the evening.

Networking & Late Night Ideas
The event leaves plenty of room for conversation and networking — very much in the spirit of a high-calibre kitchen party.

If you have questions about your compliance policies or any value thresholds, feel free to get in touch with us directly.
Data Protection
At our events, video, photo and audio recordings are made for the purpose of event documentation and published in print media, press releases, social media channels or on the internet. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests in documenting and following up on the event (press and public relations work). We were unable to identify any overriding interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the participant as data subject that would require the protection of personal data. This is particularly because event documentation generally does not portray individual persons.
The video, photo and audio recordings made for event documentation are stored for that purpose only, subject to any objection by the participant concerned. If you do not agree to this, please get in touch with us directly.
